Tandem Construction is finishing out space in the Rivergate Mall for Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers. The permit is valued at $144,000.

Teaching space

Harvest Construction is rehabbing part of the third floor in Vanderbilt University’s Bill Wilkerson Building for The Center for Teaching. The permit is valued at $368,000.

Roof work

Maxwell Roofing Sheet Metal Inc. is replacing the roof on the Metro Southeast building at 1417 Murfreesboro Pike. The contract is valued at $1.5 million.

Shells at Nashville West

The Parkes Co. is constructing two shell buildings at Nashville West on Charlotte Pike. The buildings total 11,000 square feet and the permits together are valued at $700,000.

Church worship

American Constructors is building a nearly 12,000-square-foot fellowship hall for Crievewood Baptist Church at 480 Hogan Road. The permit is valued at $1.6 million.
