Reinhard Selton, winner of the Nobel Prize for Economics in 1994, will speak at 5 p.m. at the Vanderbilt University Student Life Center. Selton is considered a leading authority on experimental economics and "bounded rationality," the impossibility of comprehending and analyzing all potentially relevant information when making choices.

Australian Trade Expo Featuring Food, Wine and Travel, 3-6 p.m. at Centennial Park, 2500 West End Ave. The expo, which is part of the Australian Festival, will bring more than 50 Australian and New Zealand products to Middle Tennessee, with opportunities for Tennessee-based companies to receive samples, demonstrations, and expert education on new and existing products now selling in the United States
