Ractliffe named manager at Mortgage Investors Group
Scott Ractliffe has joined Mortgage Investors Group as branch manager. Ractliffe's responsibilities include retail mortgage loan production and operations for the company's Brentwood and Hendersonville branch offices. He will also direct business development and growth strategies for Middle and West Tennessee.
Ractliffe joins MIG from National Bank of Commerce in Nashville where he was Tennessee production manager. He brings 20 years of experience in mortgage lending to the company. Previously, he held the position of president for the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association and is presently a board member for the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association.
Ractliffe is a certified mortgage banker and graduate of the University of Tennessee, holding a bachelor's degree in finance.
Main Street Real Estate adds DeMers to sales team
Shawn DeMers has joined Main Street Real Estate as an affiliate broker. A Nashville native, DeMers is also a licensed certified public accountant. DeMers earned his undergraduate accounting degree from the University of Richmond and his master's in accountancy from the University of Tennessee. He plans to work with buyers and sellers in west and south Nashville, as well as in Brentwood. DeMers serves as treasurer of Barefoot Republic Camp, a not-for-profit camp that focuses on racial reconciliation with teenagers.
Cox-O'Hara joins CompuPay Inc. in Franklin
CompuPay Inc., a payroll, tax filing and human resources-related services company, has hired Corrie Cox-O'Hara to work in its Franklin sales office.
Cox-O'Hara began her career with CompuPay in 2003 as a district manager in the company's Phoenix office. She later worked in Orange County, Calif., where she was promoted to regional sales manager, and headed the opening of the Irvine, Calif., office.
As regional sales manager, Cox-O'Hara's responsibilities are to establish a team of outside sales professionals and to help broaden CompuPay's local presence within Nashville.
BE&K Building Group announces additions
BE&K Building Group Inc. has announced the following additions to its health care construction team, headquartered in Nashville.
Bob Maguire, vice president and operations manager, has more than 28 years experience in the health care construction industry. As operations manager, Maguire has primary responsibility for all BE&K building group activities in the preconstruction, construction and commissioning phases of the assignment.
Prior to joining BE&K, he was responsible for more than $500 million of health care construction projects including the $84 million Northwest Medical Center Oro Valley and Medical Office Building in Tucson, Ariz.
Jerry Young, superintendent, has more than 10 years of health care construction experience. During this time, he has been employed by some of the top health care construction firms in the country. Young has successfully completed more than $200 million of complex health care projects including the Brandon Regional Medical Center in Brandon, Fla.
