Lenox Village set for trio of phases

Lenox Village, a South Davidson County New Urbanism community with more than 500 new homes completed, will undertake in 2006 the development of three new phases, Lenox developer Regent Development LLC has announced.

Phase Seven will consist of 80 single-family, detached and attached home sites, Regent President David McGowan said in a release.
