Cabedge hires new graphic designer

Cabedge Design LLC has hired Trevor Denton as graphic designer and merchandise manager.

Denton comes from Big Frog, a custom T-shirt and apparel design company. In addition to working for Big Frog, he maintained his freelance design agency, The Sons of Symmetry, which he founded in 2006, and managed the art direction and marketing for his own Twitter-based clothing brand, GingerProblems.

Denton’s previous experience also includes stints at A Plea for Purging/Facedown Records and Rocketown. He attended Nashville’s Watkins College of Art & Design.

Collier Roofing adds Kelly

Collier Roofing Co., Inc. has added Daniel Kelly as project manager/estimator.

Kelly will be involved in quoting and managing projects as well as customer and vendor relations. 

He brings 22 years of knowledge and experience in the roofing industry.

Haven Behavioral Healthcare named CFO 

Haven Behavioral Healthcare, Inc., has added John T. Fick as senior vice president and chief financial officer. His primary responsibilities will be to monitor Haven Behavioral current financial initiatives and to implement new strategies for future financial decisions.

Most recently, Fick served as senior vice president, corporate controller and treasurer at Nashville-based Essent Healthcare Inc. Before that role, he served as Essent’s vice president corporate controller. 

Prior to Essent, Fick was vice president of financial operations for PhyCor, Inc. Before taking on this role, Fick was the company’s director of financial operations.

Fick earned a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of New Orleans.

DSi expands development team

Document Solutions Inc. has hired Christopher Carson and Dustin Halstead as application developers.

Before joining DSi, Carson worked in the banking industry. His experience includes network troubleshooting and project management. He holds a degree in financial management.

Halstead comes to DSi from Clarksville Gas & Water, where he served as a project manager and systems analyst in charge of the utility's database and network. He holds dual degrees in business management and accounting.

Sutherland joins Yates Construction

Yates Construction has hired Robert Sutherland as senior director of preconstruction services for Yates’ Nashville office. In his new role, Sutherland will provide clients continuity throughout the preconstruction and construction processes and will deliver cost data, value analysis and constructability reviews.

Sutherland joins Yates with a strong foundation in health care preconstruction management, general construction and design-build delivery systems.  

He is credentialed in LEED AP building design and construction and holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech.
