Constangy adds associate attorney

The downtown office of national labor and employment law firm Constangy Brooks & Smith has added associate Peter Malanchuk.

Malanchuk focuses his practice on defense of labor and employment matters in federal and state courts, as well as before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Tennessee Human Rights Commission. His practice also includes work in race, sex, age and disability discrimination; wrongful termination claims; and state law claims.

Before joining Constangy, Malanchuk served four years as a law clerk for the Hon. Juliet Griffin, federal magistrate judge in the Middle District of Tennessee. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was managing editor of The Journal of the Legal Professional. He received his undergraduate degree from Kenyon (Ohio) College.

Zeitlin & Co., Realtors adds broker

Pete Prosser has joined the Green Hills office of Zeitlin & Co., Realtors as a broker.

A licensed Realtor since 2005, Prosser has worked extensively with builders on new construction homes. He will focus on single-family projects.

Nichols joins Benchmark Realty Team

Veteran Nashville-based real estate agent Mike Nichols has joined Benchmark Realty.

Nichols has been active in real estate for nearly 25 years, having served Davidson and surrounding counties by specializing in residential, short sales and first-time homebuyers.

Prior to his real estate career, Nichols was involved in the music business. He earned his B.B.A at Belmont University.

Styn joins Urology Associates

Dr. Nicholas Styn has joined Urology Associates Cool Springs office, at which he will serve as a urologist specializing in urologic oncology, minimally invasive robotic surgery, male incontinence and reconstructive urology.

Styn completed his residency in urology at the University of Michigan Medical Center. He received his M.D. from Medical University of Ohio in Toledo and also holds a B.S. in biology and a minor in chemistry from Baldwin-Wallace (Ohio) College. 

TTL adds environmental group leader

Christopher S. Green has joined the Nashville office of TTL Inc. as environmental group leader.

Green brings technical expertise in hydrogeology and karst processes, as well as project management experience.

Green — a registered professional geologist and a member of the Society of American Military Engineers — earned his bachelor’s degree in geology from Austin Peay State University and his master’s degree in hydrogeology from Illinois State University.

TTL provides geotechnical engineering, analytical laboratory testing, construction materials testing and environmental consulting services.
