Anderson joins Pinnacle Financial Partners

Jeff Anderson has joined Pinnacle Financial Partners as a senior vice president and mortgage advisor.

Anderson brings 29 years of experience from Bank of America Home Loans, where he was a vice president and senior mortgage loan officer for its Music Row, Hillsboro Village/Vanderbilt banking center and Belle Meade offices. Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Middle Tennessee State University.

Fisher joins King & Ballow

Chase D. Fisher, II, has joined the litigation section of King & Ballow in Nashville. Previously, Fisher practiced in a firm in Memphis, concentrating his practice on Government Tort Liability Act defense, personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. 

Fisher received his law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Murray State University, where he graduated with a double major in political science and economics.

LBMC names Litchfield COO

Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain has named John A. Litchfield, Jr., as its chief operating officer.

Litchfield, a certified public accountant and previously leader of the firm’s audit practice, will oversee LBMC’s internal accounting, technology, human resources, training and administrative functions.

Litchfield is a cum laude graduate of Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business with an area of concentration in accounting.

In addition, Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain has added Jordan Enix to its Brentwood office.

Enix joins the accounting firm in a staff analyst position in the Valuation, Litigation and Business Transition Services Group. He recently graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

The Gary Group appoints Baer as VP

Connie Baer has re-joined The Gary Group as vice president of strategic initiatives.

Baer is responsible for merging the agency’s digital expertise with traditional media.

Baer formerly served as vice president of promotion/marketing at The Gary Group in Los Angeles and was responsible for creating and activating campaigns for various entertainment and corporate entities.

Additional executive positions have included roles at Giant Records, Imprint Entertainment, Watkins College of Art, Design and Film and Peermusic Publishing.

Former SEC attorney joins Bass, Berry & Sims

Bass, Berry & Sims PLC has added Jay Knight as an associate in the firm’s corporate and securities practice in the Nashville office.

Knight, who will counsel clients in matters related to securities, mergers and acquisitions, real estate capital markets, and structured finance, was formerly an attorney in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Knight earned his law degree from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

Fifth Third Bank adds three

Fifth Third Bank has added three employees.

Drew McCracken joins as a personal banker at the Glenbrook Financial Center in Hendersonville. He was previously employed as a personal banker with US Bank. McCracken is a graduate of Western Kentucky University where he earned a degree in financial planning.

Anna Robison joins as a mortgage loan officer. She has worked in the mortgage and banking industry for 32 years, most recently with the Nashville Post Office Credit Union as a consumer loan officer.

David Kindwall joins as a mortgage loan officer. He has worked in the mortgage industry for 10 years and is a graduate of Drake University.
