Kraft Search Associates has hired Olivier Van Dierdonck, a two-decade veteran of healthcare recruiting, as senior vice president.

Van Dierdonck comes to Nashville’s Kraft Search after spending six years at international firm Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a principal in the firm's hospital, systems and services group. Before that, he was director of recruitment for a hospital system.

Kraft Search President and CEO Paul Frankenberg, who earlier this year recruited Lourdes Cordero to open a Dallas office, said Van Dierdonck "possesses excellent business operations and healthcare search experience."

Van Dierdonck earned his undergraduate degree at Davidson College and a master's in health administration from Duke University.
