Single women snap up homes

Single females in Nashville are almost three times as likely as single males to be a buyer or seller of a home, according to figures from the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.

The GNAR stats show that 20.7 percent of homebuyers in the market are single women, with single men making up only 7.8 percent of homebuyers.
