Metro police arrested a 17-year-old Antioch High School junior after, they say, he admitted to setting off a chemical explosion in a school bathroom.
The student, according to police, confessed to mixing reactive chemicals in a water bottle and putting it in a restroom as a prank.
The resulting explosion occurred at 9 a.m. Monday and forced the school to be put on lockdown.
The teenager is charged in Davidson County Juvenile Court with possession of a prohibited weapon.
Good think for the student that stupidity is not a crime, he might get a life sentance.

thing vs. think - sentence vs. sentance. Keyboard skills not as sharp as my brain.
And the teachers are suppose to teach with this type of behavior. I know this incident is just one that make the news. This type of behavior goes on everyday, and most never make the news. So the Legislative Body decided to gang up and blame the teachers. Each one in the Legislative Body needs to go and stay in the classroom as a teacher for one week. They would leave screaming all the way jhome.
