Metro Police say an Antioch man is facing a dozen rape and related charges for his alleged inappropriate situations involving a then-15-year-old boy.

Dwight Farris, 50, was indicted Tuesday on five counts of statutory rape, five counts of sexual battery by an authority figure, one count of criminal exposure to HIV and one count of displaying sex acts to a minor 13 or older.

Police say Farris, a friend of the victim’s family, allegedly abused the teen while the teen was staying with Farris for four months during 2008.

Farris was booked into the Metro jail on $250,000 bond.

The man should be castrated, and put in prison for life. Any man who abuses a child doesn't deserve to life on this earth.

Lock him up, cut off his hands, and feed him Viagra.

I can't believe that this could happen. My blessings go out to the boy and his family. I hope they sentence this man to death by electrocution. How dare he do this to an innocent child. He gave the death penalty to this child. He is disgusting. This kind of stuff happens every day. Not only has he taken that pour boys innocents but his integrity. This boy will have to deal with this until his final days. This is making me so angry and I can't imagine what the boy or his family may be going through. God Bless you. My prayers are with you.
