A suspect believed to be responsible for as many as 13 bank robberies in the Nashville area since August, struck again Wednesday.

FBI agents said the man entered the Bank of America, 3800 S. Gallatin Road, at 9:30 a.m. and demanded that a teller give him all the large bills. The robber fled the bank with the money, and left in a white, four-door older model Oldsmobile parked in a lot next door to the bank.

Details of the amount of money taken in the robbery were not released.

Customers were in the bank at the time of the robbery, but were unaware of the incident while it was taking place, agents said. No one was injured.
