Metro police have identified the man killed in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday night in the 3500 block of Bell Road near Elm Hill Pike.

Dustin Wade, 28, of Victoria Station Court, the only occupant in the vehicle, was killed.

He was driving a 1995 Nissan Pathfinder northbound on Bell Road when the SUV traveled off the roadway and struck a concrete culvert at 11:30 p.m., police said.

Wade, who was not wearing his seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle.

Police say evidence of alcohol was found at the scene.

If you are going to drink and drive, always always drive someone else's vehicle.
