Better access to North Nashville could displace families, business

Efforts to improve access to North Nashville could have economic advantages for the depressed parts of that area of town. It would also make it easier for emergency vehicles to get to their destinations.

But one of several options recommended by a recent study could mean that some residents and at least one business would be displaced.
