In the Feb. 23 article "A legend in Lockeland Springs," both The City Paper and realtor Beau Keister of Village Real Estate Services were misinformed on a few facts regarding the history of the house at 1603 Woodland St. in East Nashville.

The ice cream parlor adjacent to the house was not the first Dairy Queen in Nashville; it was the fifth. Mr. Green, the one-time tenant of the house, did not live in the storage shed and didn't die until the early 1970's. Mrs. Green, his wife, did not die in the bathtub of the house but rather in a nursing home. The City Paper regrets the errors.
