Nicholas Goodner, the cousin of accused killer Eric Goodner, surrendered to police on an accessory charge on Sunday.
Nicholas Goodner and co-defendant Quantrese Upkins were charged for allegedly harboring Eric Goodner who is accused of shooting and killing a Pearl-Cohn High School student on April 11.
Nicholas Goodner, who has previously been convicted of theft and drug charges, was released on a $10,000 bond.
Police and U.S. Marshals arrested Eric Goodner on May 1 after a three-week search.
