Crieve Hall softball working to expand

The Crieve Hall Girls Softball Association (CHGSA) has been working hard to teach young ladies a game that is sure to take them places.

In fact, many of the girls who grew up in this league traveled to Chattanooga last month to represent their respective high school teams in the state tournament.

The CHGSA was originally part of the Crieve Hall Baseball Association, which has been in existence since the 1960s, but a decision five years ago by the softball coaches and parents resulted in a split, and ultimately
