Hugh lack of competition on most races. Craddock and Wilhoite's grandeous speeches on all matters of council meetings didn't serve up many votes in the Juvenile Court Clerk race. We can only hope this wasn't just a warm up for them on some other races in the future! Party loyalist came through for Mr.
Smith in a big way.
