The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. today and Saturday from noon to 1p.m. The service is Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Brentwood Funeral Home with Dr. Charles Worrell, Sr. officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the United Way of Metropolitan Nashville, 250 Venture Circle, Nashville, TN 37228 in memory of Laura Kaczmarek Smith.

She is survived by her husband Phillip Flowers Sr., sons Phillip and Tasha Flowers Jr. and Chris Flowers, daughter Amy and Mike Smith, granddaughter Judith Lyn Flowers, Mother Georgia Smith, five brothers, three sisters, and aunt Levnia Osborne. The service will be Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Hermitage Funeral Home. Burial is in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Nephews will serve as active pallbearers. Visitation is Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
