Detectives seek two more men for questioning in Maxon Avenue killings

The Metro Nashville Police Department wants the community’s help identifying two men who were seen at 5500 Maxon Ave., just hours before the bodies of three family members were found inside the West Nashville home.

The police investigation so far has revealed that a white man and a black man were seen separately at the residence between 10:30 and 11 a.m. on Oct. 22 when the murders occurred. The police are attempting to contact the men for questioning.

Patrick Sullivan, Deborah Sullivan and their daughter, Wendy Sullivan, were attacked at the home sometime before 2:15 p.m. Another daughter in the family found her sister and mother dead inside the house. Police later found Patrick Sullivan’s body in a detached building behind the house.
