Downtown power outages possible this week

Work related to the construction of Music City Center could cause power outages Thursday and Friday for customers who are served by the Demonbreun substation, Nashville Electric Service said Tuesday.

NES said some customers could experience brief outages, but most will experience only momentary outages from 6-7 a.m. each day.
