Another giant waste of law enforcement resources.
How many drunk drivers flew through town while they were making their big drug bust? How many truck loads of illegals came across the border in that amount of time?

"Manufacturing marijuana"?! Uh, I know that TN ranks near the bottom in education, but one does not "manufacture" marijuana, one grows it.

Marijuana is the street name for Cannabis, a plant, not a drug. Cannabis contains THC; like Tobacco contains nicotine. They do not "manufacture" Tobacco, farmers grow it; likewise, one does not "manufacture" Cannabis (pot, weed, marijuana etc.) one simply grows it.

There is no processing needed, just dry it and smoke it. No labs are involved, because Cannabis is a plant, not a drug. Try it, you may like it....it is a medicinal herb.

By the way, seven plants is not a pot plantation...it's somebody's private garden...this bust was an utter waste of police and court resources. It would be funny, if it were not so tragic for the men involved....they may have to do time for their "crime"....utterly ridiculous.

Where's Willie Nelson, to speak out on this injustice?
