Why in the hell are people with 50 arrests out on the street in the first place?

He is on the street because the emphasis is on speeding violations not real crime.

Why are we so easy on these kinds of criminals? Law abiding citizens can't even protest the smallest wrong and we are treated like criminals. The real criminals get a slap on the wrist and out they go. And the biggest laugh of all is that they also get a "bracelet" like they can't get that off in short order. We are a nation upside down!

Speeding violations have nothing to do with it. Don't speed and those police officers can take care of other things. The judges and the weak sentencing is the problem.

it's the problem of the sentencing guidelines - they need to be revised! write your legislatures!

the problem does not have to do with MNPD. they're doing their job. the judges and the sentencing guidelines is why they're out on the street.
