Hello, this is Matthew McCray, I finally got out of Jail on 4 years paper. It's kind of ridiculous that the media has to lie and make this story bigger than what it really is. First off, I did not threaten anyone that night with any sharp objects, infact I was protecting myself from my mother comming at me with scissors after she punched me 3 times in the face. So why is am I in trouble? because of self defense. and why I told her to drive to Nashville, well I was on probation for a theft under 500 dollars which my mother also lied about to put me in Jail, infact she gave me her credit card to buy cigarettes and when I bought a 6 pack also, she reported that I used her card in a unorderly fashion. So, to bring this back to the subject of this story, I find that the media needs to investigate further into a case before jumping to conclusions and false statements,. Infact, I think that is a crime in itself.
and my criminal record is not full of felonys also..
I hope anyone reading this will now look at investigations and storys on the news in a different way.
My mother has mental problems and overreacted that night.
This is the kind of BS that needs to stop in williamson county tennessee. Law enforcement giving storys to the media before that investigation is complete.
Im glad I got my point accross to whoever reads this.
