Genova must be repaired or razed

The owner of The Genova, a vintage apartment building in Midtown, has until May 1 to make repairs to the building or it will be shut down, said Metro codes officials.

Codes building inspectors Bob Ramsey and Bob Willoughby said The Genova, 1910 Broadway, owned by Fintry Holdings Limited, is in poor shape and will take significant updates to meet building code requirements.
