A Davidson County grand jury indicted on Tuesday 29-year-old Bradford J. Miser regarding an October fight at Karma Lounge that allegedly involved Tennessee Titan Kenny Britt.

Metro police arrested Miser for assault Tuesday afternoon following the indictment, but the grand jury didn’t see enough proof to charge anyone else in the Oct. 22 incident at the Broadway bar.

That night, Harold Pointer, 29, told police Miser approached him and punched him in the face at about 1:45 a.m. After the two went to the ground, Britt allegedly hit Pointer.

The Metro Nashville Police Department turned its investigation over to the district attorney’s office earlier in November after interviewing and, in some cases, re-interviewing more than a dozen witnesses.

Miser was booked into jail Tuesday afternoon, and his bond was set at $500.
