Haynes Heights neighbors concerned about home for mentally ill

Residents in the Haynes Heights neighborhood in the Whites Creek Pike area are upset about plans to build a nearby home for mentally ill women because they think facilities such as these lower property values and bring unwanted changes in the neighborhood.
