Enjoy entertainment, food, and silent and live auctions Thursday to raise money to send children with muscular dystrophy to camp. The auctions will run from 6 p.m.-11 p.m. at the Wildhorse Saloon; the cover charge is only $5.

Entertainers include the Remnants, songwriter Kostas and friends, songwriter Mike Ward, country performer Keith Anderson and famous bluegrass band The Carters.

Among the auction items are a Titans football autographed by Steve McNair; a guitar autographed by Travis Tritt, Ty Herndon, Joe Diffie and other Sony artists; a hockey stick autographed by the Predators; golf lessons and much more.

The camp for children with muscular dystrophy is sponsored by ERA Woodmont Realty Group. Last year, 60 children who otherwise would not have had the experience got to go to camp. It costs $450 per child. Volunteers and staff are trained to work with the children. Doctors, nurses and counselors volunteer their time.
