A fight between several homeless individuals sent three men to the hospital Wednesday morning, with one of the victims listed in critical but stable condition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Police received a call at 8:16 Wednesday morning reporting a fight had broken out near the former Bank of America building at 800 Main St. in East Nashville, according to police.

Police spokeswoman Kris Mumford said the area around the bank building is a known hangout for homeless individuals. Witnesses were not cooperating with investigators.
