Kentucky Derby athletes never do complain

The stage is set for the running of the 127th Kentucky Derby. It's one of my favorite days of the year.

First of all, I love the athletes involved. Think about it ... these sleek highly trained thoroughbreds never complain about anything. They don't demand that their contracts be torn up and rewritten, they don't complain that their trainer is too tough on them and would like him fired, they never bitch and moan about their accommodations, they don't endorse anything, they don't hang out at bars at 2 o'clock in the morning.

To my knowledge, none has ever been charged with DUI or substance abuse. And when they win a race, there are no high fives and no dancing in the winner
