There is good news in Metro Schools.

Really, after all the carping about standardized test scores and behavior problems and unqualified teachers and uninterested parents, we learned this week that four students have spent their entire scholastic careers in Metro Schools without ever missing a single day of classes. Four students are graduating with perfect attendance records.

That is an astounding statistic, and it says that something is right with four students, their parents and guardians, their supporters and mentors, and a whole lot of teachers and administrators.

Without considering any other factor, we want to commend Grace Choi, Keosha Russell, Iheanyi Usoh and William Hendrixson and say to them,
