A Williamson County grand jury has added three charges against accused murderer Randolph Maidens related to the killing of his wife in April.
In addition to the original charge of criminal homicide, Maidens is facing one count of child neglect and two counts of tampering with evidence. Maidens turned himself in to police Thursday afternoon and was released on $10,000 bond, according to his attorney David Raybin.
Maidens’ wife, Rachael, was found dead in the couple’s Governors Club home on April 21. He surrendered to police the next morning after an overnight manhunt locked down the Brentwood neighborhood for hours.
Raybin told The City Paper that Maidens will plead not guilty at his arraignment, which is set for June 25.
