The husband and father accused of plotting with a friend to murder his soon-to-be ex-wife is set to be arraigned Wednesday morning.
Timothy Bozza, 41, and his friend Cory Cotham, 37, both stand accused of murdering 39-year-old Veronica Bozza on Aug. 29 about an after she dropped her 8-year-old son off with Timothy Bozza.
Last week, a Davidson County grand jury indicted the two men after the police investigation named them as the suspects.
Police believe Cotham fatally shot Veronica Bozza — a television and music producer born in Milan, Italy — in her home at 5240 New John Hagar Road in Hermitage within an hour after meeting dropping her son off.
U.S. Marshals arrested Cotham on Sept. 21 in Glasgow, Ky., where he was being held as a fugitive from justice. Metro detectives arrested Timothy Bozza in Robertson County later that evening.
Both men are being held without bond.
