He's 18 with "an arrest history that includes previous aggravated robbery charges."

This begs the question - WHY IS HE OUT ON THE STREETS AND NOT LOCKED LIKE THE ANIMAL HE IS?

Exactly.

As always, he's just misunderstood and a victim of society. None of this is his fault.

Cookie, he was charged but apparently not convicted in the aggravated robbery case. In addition to the aggravated robbery charge, which was earned while he was still a minor, he was charged with simple possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance earlier in the year. He copped a plea and charges were dismissed when he paid court expenses.

@ Cookie47 Are all criminals animals or just certain criminals?

CX, the answer would be all criminals. I know what you're trying to imply and it has nothing to do with his color. He could be green but that would only make him a criminal that happens to be green.

What kind of person to just fire into a crowd? That person would be an animal IMHO and should be locked up before he kills someone. Or, better yet, just put him down like the rabid animal he is. You, of course, could paint him white first if that would make you feel better about the killing.
