Mary Agnes Moore was arrested this week on a second-degree murder indictment for her part in a family squabble that turned deadly on Thanksgiving Day.
Police said Curtis Marshall, 66, was celebrating the holiday with his daughter Bonita Lobo, 43, and Moore, his daughter’s mother. The three were at the mother’s apartment on Whites Creek Pike when a family argument broke out.
All three had been drinking for hours before the 5:30 a.m. incident, police said.
Lobo allegedly fatally stabbed her father, police said. She was taken into custody Nov. 26 and committed to a medical facility for psychological evaluation. Two weeks later, she was charged with criminal homicide.
Moore, 63, was indicted this week on charges she had a role in the murder. Her bond was set at $80,000.
