The road to Tampa came to a dead end in Nashville for the Tennessee Titans yesterday afternoon, as the Baltimore Ravens made good on the trash-talk they started earlier last week.

Titans Coach Jeff Fisher said that despite special teams opportunities and a strong defensive effort, "It didn't happen for us today." The season-ending loss was perhaps even more disheartening for Tennessee because it was only the second loss at home, with both defeats coming against Baltimore.

Eddie George started off strong against a Baltimore defense that had unkind words about him last week, scoring on the opening drive and capping a six-carry, 23-yard performance.

Titans fan Troy Mitchell of Gallatin displays the emotions felt by most of the record 68,527 crowd after the Titan's loss.
