The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added a female sex offender from Middle Tennessee to its list of TBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted fugitives in an effort to put her back behind bars.

Tonya Renee Lepley, 35, whose last known address is 1248 N. Avondale Circle in Nashville is wanted for violating her probation and not maintaining her registration with the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry.

Leply is a white female with green eyes and sandy blonde hair. She’s approximately 5-foot, 8-inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. She has tattoos on her left hand, left forearm, right upper arm and ankles.

Lepley, who has a lengthy criminal history dating back to 1993, was convicted in 2006 in Rutherford County on charges of statutory rape and attempted especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor after abusing a 17-year-old girl, TBI officials said. She served one year in jail and was released on probation. She has failed to report to her probation officer as well as failing to register her address with the Sex Offender Registry.

Anyone with information on Lepley's whereabouts should contact the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND. There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to her arrest.
