Nothing more valuable than a good name

Over the last seven years, a lot has changed underneath the distinctive dome of the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, which has served the community since October 1962.

Updates range from comfortable new seating to state-of-the-art lighting, from refurbished restrooms to a brand new roof. Come summer, work will begin on a million-dollar sprinkler and alarm system.

But there
