Officers take polygraphs

Almost two years after first being questioned in the longest internal investigation in Metro history, officers Jason Beddoe and Mike Mann were administered polygraph tests Wednesday by an independent polygraph examiner from Georgia.

They are accused of standing by while private security officers abused Hispanic residents of the Ivy Wood apartment complex.

The polygrapher, Richard Rackleff, is a member of the Federal Polygraph Associates, LLC. One of his professional credits is administering a polygraph to Richard Jewell, the security officer cleared of involvement in the Atlanta Olympics Park bombing.
