Police ID victim of Tuesday night's fatal shooting on 32nd Avenue North

Metro police have identified the man found fatally shot outside of his home Tuesday night as 28-year-old Reginald Clark.

Officers responding to a shots-fired call found Clark around 10:15 p.m. in the backyard of his home on 32nd Avenue North. He later died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

According to police, witnesses reported that Clark walked out of his backdoor and moments before they heard gunshots. Two men were reportedly seen running towards 33rd Avenue North immediately after the gunshots.

North Precinct detectives encourage anyone with information that could help identify the person or persons who killed Reginald Clark to call Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.

my condolences to his family and mother, who happens to be my beautician. this lady loves her boys so much and i know that she is devastated. praying gods peace and guidance through these hard times. Jughead you are an airhead and an idiot and God deals with ignorant people like you. this man lost his life, no matter what he was into. i just hope that noone says, "Oh, another bigot in the ground, who cares" when you pass......
