Woodard’s Toyota Camry was travelling on Brick Church Pike around 8:40 a.m. just before if ran off of the right side of the road and into a ditch before crashing into a concrete drainage culvert. These types of accidents are inexplicable.
She lost control...ok., goes down an enbankment...
Not wearing a seat belt...the Camry has 3 to 7 air bags depending on the year.
A 1995 or later should of been enough to save her.

So could they guarantee she would not have died if she had been wearing her seat belt?

It has been proven in research that seat belts saves lives. Nothing is perfect, but your chances are better. Common sense.
