Nashville police have made an arrest in the death of a 58-year-old man whose body was found in an alley.

According to a police department news release, 37-year-old James Bush was taken into custody on Sunday and charged with criminal homicide for the death of Rex Dale Wilson, whose body was discovered Saturday morning.

A preliminary investigation indicates Wilson died from blunt force trauma.

Officials said Bush admitted his involvement in the homicide. They said robbery may have been the motive.

Bush has previous convictions for aggravated assault, assault of an officer, domestic assault, burglary, theft and DUI. He is being held on a $1.5 million bond.

This loser will save taxpayers some money. Vixtim's family should receive a cool $225 for dfuneral expenses plus a paltry monthly stipend. Too bad victim's social security account and totals cannot be transferred to a beneficiary.
