Metro Police released this image from Fifth Third Bank on Abbott Martin Road

Detectives are working to identify the man who allegedly held a Belle Meade teen at gunpoint in August while another man stole valuables from the Gerald Place home.

The two suspects, who are believed to be in their late teens or early 20s, fled in the victim’s father’s Range Rover at 10:15 p.m. Aug. 22. One of the men used the teen's debit card 15 minutes later at a Fifth Third Bank ATM on Abbott Martin Road.

Although his face was covered, surveillance video from the ATM reveals a partial description of the suspect.

He is described as a white man who is approximately 6-foot, 1-inches tall with a thin build, pale complexion, dark eyes and a surgical scar on his forearm or elbow.

The second suspect is described as a black man who is approximately 5-foot, 10-inches tall with a thin build. At the time of the robbery he wore dark clothing and a ski mask.

Police recovered the stolen Range Rover Aug. 25 parked on Crestmoor Road near Bedford Avenue in Green Hills.

Anyone with information concerning this robbery is urged to contact West Precinct detectives at 862-7385 or Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
