Ponder mounting drive for term-limit change

The local term limits issue will soon be revisited, as Hermitage Councilman Phil Ponder is mounting an effort to have a referendum that would give the public a chance to vote in favor of allowing a third term for Metro Council members.

Ponder said he will push that the referendum be in March of 2002, the next year a general election is held.
