11:57 a.m. update: Boy found safe at his grandmother's house.

Metro police want help finding a missing 10-year-old boy who has a history of running away from home. His mother told police he has already run away twice this year.

Laderous Hudson was last seen by his mother at 7 p.m. Tuesday as he left the family’s residence at 419 35th Ave. N. His mother reported him missing at 10:30 p.m.

Police consider Hudson endangered because of his young age. He is black, 4 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 85 pounds and has a medium-length Afro hairstyle. He was last seen in a red T-shirt, denim shorts and red/black Nike tennis shoes.

Hudson is known to frequent the areas of Dickerson Pike, Gallatin Pike, Old Dickerson Pike, the 1000 block of Fontaine Drive, and 12th Avenue North at Wheless Street.

Police urge anyone seeing Hudson or knowing his whereabouts to contact the Emergency Communications Center at 862-8600.

I agree. Something is going on and it's time to find out what it is.
