Pitino to meet with Louisville AD

Rick Pitino has a date with Louisville Athletic Director Tom Jurich this weekend to talk about the opening for the Cardinals basketball coaching position. Longtime head coach Denny Crum announced his retirement effective at the end of the season, and Jurich has been compiling a list of candidates with Pitino at the top of his list. The former Boston Celtics coach recently told UNLV he was not interested in following up in their search for a head coach, and told ESPN Radio Tuesday of his interest in the Louisville job.
