Traffic study recommends Village stay open to cars

A recent Hillsboro Village traffic study does not include the rumored widening or closing or eliminating of parking on 21st Avenue.

However, there are at least 35 other things that can be done to ease the gridlock that is expected to come with traffic increases in the next 25 years, according to a study conducted by RPM and Associates of Brentwood.
