Stephen Milliken, the 18-year-old victim of Wednesday’s shooting on East Nocturne Drive, has died from his injuries.

North Precinct detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the Wednesday evening robbery and shooting at 400 E. Nocturne Drive during which Milliken was shot.

Officers responded to shots fired at 6:45 p.m. and later learned that Milliken had been transported by personal vehicle to Skyline Medical Center. One of the victims of the robbery told police that he and Milliken had gone to an apartment complex to sell recording equipment to two men.

The suspects have been described as black men who are approximately 6-foot to 6-foot-3-inches tall. One reportedly had multiple tattoos on his face and the other had a tattoo under his eye.
