College exam scores thorny issue for lottery

Is it possible that the lottery debate in the General Assembly has gotten just a wee bit out of hand?

Senators Steve Cohen and Thelma Harper have been at it like the Battling Bickersons of 1940s radio fame over the implementation of the lottery. Cohen wanted to steer the bills for implementing the lottery and setting up the scholarship formula. Up until Wednesday, Harper had spoiled Cohen
