What do you think should be done with Fifth Avenue and the Avenue of the Arts area?

"And ride a Tenn. bus sometime.
Unemployed, bums, old people going to a Drs. appt.,
Not one suit, ever."

Clearly you have never ridden the buses that I have ridden.

I take the bus almost every day; in the morning it's nearly all people going to work including plenty of white collar folks.
In the evening it's more mixed, workers going home, school kids and a mishmash of others.

The solution to transporation is NOT expensive fixed-line rail or BRT but buses: more buses, more often on more routes.

Bums are not "law abiding." They are career crimnals who choose to drink and dope themselves to death. The rape, kill, steal, and burgle any time they can. Yet you morons want to french kiss them.

Friggin idiots.

By: gdiafante on 3/26/13 at 1:34

No, if you made all the bums to live in those cities, law abiding citizens would want to leave. You're not too bright, are you?

Never mind, rhetorical.

By: yogiman on 3/26/13 at 1:39

What kind of squid do you eat, gdiafante. I only know of the ones 'ouchyonda'.

By: yogiman on 3/26/13 at 1:47

What do you think about the government buying billions of rounds of hollow point ammo, gdiafante?

What do you think of them ordering 360,000 more rounds after denying they had any... when it's a known fact they have?

"It all boils down to a lack of planning, darge. They want the city to grow, but they have never really addressed the transportation issues. All you have to do is look at the incredibly stupid interstate exchanges around the city."

I agree. In addition, I've been in several cities in this country where mass transit is widely used..... 4 that immediately come to mind are Vancouver, San Fran, Denver, and Chicago.

"Clearly you haven't ridden the buses I Have..."
Oh?
I rode the Bus exclusively all around town and to the suburbs. Each day.
Never did I see a Dr,. Lawyer, white collar male or female on ONE.
Plenty of people going to Walmart, CostCo., etc.
And that's over a 3 year period.

By: gdiafante on 3/26/13 at 2:09

That conspiracy theory was laid to rest months ago. Get with the program old man.

re: "Nashville didn't plan for the future...."
I'll cut them tons of slack.
Who knew Nashville would be as popular as it is?
That Country music would invite cross-overs from rock?
That American Idol would produce all these country stars?
Nashville matured from dirty Honkey-Tonks as havens for Scooter & Moron who start drinking at 9:00am, to a sophisticated venue for other acts.
That new Music Convention Center will bring in thousands of people and millions of tourist dollars.

You better wake up, young man. I doubt you'll like what you're getting for your children.

Another question: What do you think of the civilian army Barry is building? And if you haven't heard him mention it, you must be deaf.

Shame they let ignorant fools like yogi run around loose! He needs a handler.

Kosh I rode the bus once from Hickory Hollow to downtown. By the t ime we hit the 3rd pick up (bus stop) the driver was talking to passengers like they were dogs; she yelled a someone; I wanted off the bus but could not be late where I was going. She was so ungodly rude and mean. Hope she ultimately got fired. And I saw only students and blue collar workers, but then it was an Antioch bus route. I'm just saying.

Wish I still had my duplex on Belmont. Boo hoo!

Hey folks, just remember something.... everything you bitch about... government, taxes, corruption, bad schools, bad drivers, etc... is seen through the prism of where you live, and the people who live there.

By: yogiman on 3/26/13 at 3:36

well, bfra,

In a way, I'm rather surprised. I didn't know I was with a bunch of you loving communist friends of Barry Soetoro. It must be just a party thing since you have no idea who in the hell he is.

But if you do, when did he repatriate his citizenship to American from Indonesian (that is if he ever was an American citizen)? And when did he change his name (Barry Soetoro) back to Barack Hussein Obama? I'm curious. Do you know?

By: bfra on 3/26/13 at 3:46

3:36PM And yogi's lies continue!

By: yogiman on 3/26/13 at 4:27

Lying? How? Are you objecting to what you're proving yourself to be?

By: bfra on 3/26/13 at 4:46

yogi - The "never have an original thought" idiot!

By: yogiman on 3/26/13 at 4:56

gdiafante, and you also, bfra;

Do you want to learn something today? check out www.kapiolani.org/women-and-children-about-us-default.aspx/

As you might know, Barry showed the names of two hospitals (Kapiolani Maternity Hospital and Gynecological Hospital) on his "birth certificate". But they didn't combine as partners until 1978.

Reckon that's why he mentioned one and his sister mentioned another as his place of birth? Didn't either of them know where he was born?

By: bfra on 3/26/13 at 4:59

yogi adds more LIES! He is a habitual liar, that takes a sick blob with no brain.

By: yogiman on 3/26/13 at 5:00

Ha! Tell me, bfra, how many original thoughts have you had in your short lifetime? Even your thoughts that I'm wrong isn't original in your brain; what little is up there.

By: bfra on 3/26/13 at 5:11

Another dumb question from the no brain yogi blob! If you had a brain, you might be dangerous!

By: Captain Nemo on 3/26/13 at 7:04

For someone that can only repeat what has been programed into the crap between his ears, yogi ask bfra how many original thoughts she. The old fool is just a waste.

By: yogiman on 3/26/13 at 7:14

It's funny, you Barry fans can repeat the same crap on a daily basis but you don't seen to be able to prove me wrong on your man Barry. Damn, kids, don't you have proof I'm wrong?

And don't say [I do] if you can't give it to me. Unlike you, I'll admit I'm wrong when you prove it. And I mean prove it; don't just say 'I think'.
